The Waffle That Started It All

Unlike the light Brussels-style waffle most Americans know, the Liège is dense, chewy, and studded with pearl sugar that caramelizes into a golden crust as it bakes. Created in 18th-century Belgium, we've made ours fresh from natural ingredients every day since 2012.

From the beginning, the kitchen aimed higher than waffles alone — homemade soups, eggs Benedict, Belgian crepes, and Southwest touches like green chile pork and huevos rancheros fill a menu that keeps regulars coming back daily.
